“What we see depends mainly on what we look for”

– John Lubbock

When your alarm clock goes off, do you reach for the snooze button or do you jump out of bed, excited for the new day ahead?

At the beginning of a long trip, do you see the 1,000+ miles you still have to drive, or are you looking at the full tank of gas, the open road ahead, and the journey ahead?

The 4+ million homes that sold last year was a 28-year low, but if you look at the bright side, there were more than 8 million real estate sides closed.

Sure, interest rates might be higher than people would like but I’ll bet if you look at your MLS this week, houses are still selling.

Who can you help this week? Where can you make a difference? How can you show up at the right place and right time?

Oscar Wilde once said, “When it’s raining, look for rainbows. When it’s dark, look for stars.”

What are you looking for this week?
