This is soooo true. Selling Real Estate is doing every day the things you are suppose to do, no matter what. The business is there, but, it won’t come to you unless you have been in business and treated your past clients like they want to be treated, then, noly a small portion can you depend on for their next deal. You MUST keep in contact with them. If you don’t, someone else will. Don’t let others control your time. Whether they are other Realtors or associates. Stop by past clients at least twice a year and give them something of value to them. If you converse with them as you should, you will find out what is valuable to them.

I sold R.E. for 34.5 years and I could have sold twice as much if I had taken my own and others advise. I goofed off tooooo much and still made a fair living.

I said I was going to buy 2 houses a year, however, I only bought 2. Just think, if you are young in the business and you buy 2 houses a year, by the time you retire most of them will be paid off and you will have a good income from them.

Sean is a great teacher. Get to all of his seminars you can and do the things he tells you to do.
