Isn’t it sad that sometimes we are more worried about our devices getting a full charge than we are about making sure our bodies get the charge (or rest) we need to operate at full power?

Please don’t feel bad for me. The last 10 days weren’t all work. I got to visit with old friends along the way. Dined at a few new spots. I listened to some good new music and lots of enjoyable podcast episodes.

It’s at this initial meeting that the best service providers or salespeople have an opportunity to lay the ground rules for how the business relationship will work. One of the most critical components of a great Realtor-Client relationship is communication.
