The build up to anything new seems to involve three phases.

First, I dream about what it might look like. What will it look like? Who will be there? Where will that first “A-ha” moment happen? When does it become clear this isn’t just another meeting, another idea, another conversation, but an invitation to change behavior and become better?

The design comes next. Once I can see what it might look like, it’s about turning ideas into execution. It’s about building something with a strong foundation, a welcoming feel, and a place people want to be and return to.

The last phase is simply to do.

Activity beats anxiety. If you want success, you have to build your business and your life on purpose.

Now it’s time to show up and deliver those three D’s in real life.

Dream.
Design.
Do.

It sounds simple.

Maybe it is.
