Monday Morning Match is a quick post – maybe a quote, inspirational story or idea – intended to spark some motivation inside each of you so your week gets off to a fantastic start on Monday morning.

This past weekend I bought a new car in Virginia. It’s a Mazda CX-5. On my drive home from Virginia in my new car, I was surprised at how many Mazda CX-5’s I saw on the highway.

My car is white. It’s the first white car I have ever owned. I am amazed at how many white cars there are out there.

For the last 5 weeks that I have been thinking about buying a new car, it amazes me how many car dealer commercials I suddenly hear on the radio, on TV and see on my computer or mobile phone screens. I’m sure they are always there but until recently, I must have just tuned them out.

There is a phenomenon that state what you focus on expands. Your subconscious mind gets so focused on something that it can trigger your ears, eyes and other senses to suddenly be more aware about those things in your midst. The satiated person will not smell anything while the hungry person’s stomach growls at the scent of a neighbor’s BBQ grill. The amateur golfer stands on the tee and says to himself, “Don’t hit it in the water” and promptly proceeds to hook the tee shot into the middle of the lake. The student worries so much about the chances of a pop quiz in school and when the teacher announces the quiz, the student wishes they had worried more about studying for a pop quiz instead of wondering if it would happen.

14245901081_8ee5baba7c_zLike ripples in water, our thoughts are physical and they grow off one another. They can and will help shape the world we live in. What you focus on expands. What are you going to focus on this week?

There are homeowners who will decide to list their house this week. Can you see them calling you to be their agent?

There will be a new home hitting the market this week. Which of your clients is it perfect for? Imagine the smile on your face (and theirs) when the offer is finally accepted.

Preparing for the objection is not the goal. Preparing to overcome the objection is. Say it to yourself; “I always do my best because my best is all I can do.”

Build those relationships, solve those problems and have that fun now…before you’ve even started your week. Then it’s just a matter of making it all happen.

Hey there! I know this can be kinda off topic however , I’d figured I’d ask. Would you be thinking about exchanging links or possibly guest writing your blog post article or vice-versa? My site covers a great deal of the same topics as yours and I feel we will greatly reap the benefits of each other. If you’re interested do send me an e-mail. I look toward hearing by you! Excellent blog mind you!
