Who Will Make the Final Four of Real Estate Sales

Monday Morning Match is a quick post – maybe a quote, inspirational story or idea – intended to spark some motivation inside each of you so your week gets off to a fantastic start on Monday morning.

Selection Sunday has come and gone and now college basketball fans everywhere are starting to analyze, research and study their brackets to try to figure out who is destined to make it to the Final Four – this year to be played in Houston, Texas. 4 teams will emerge from their side of the 64-team field and show up as regional champions only to square off with each other for the chance to win the national championship and be crowned the best team this season.

You don’t need to be a “bracket fanatic” or study “bracketology” to know who will most likely earn a spot in the real estate Final Four. It turns out it’s usually the same 4 squads that persevere and advance every year. Here are the prohibitive favorites to be battling for a spot at a closing table near you later this season…

Show Up is a virtual lock to advance to the final weekend because they realize that to succeed they need to be there every day, both mentally and physically. There is no way to “phone it in” when the competition is this fierce.

Try Your Best has been a strong force to reckon with all season, helping the favorites advance but also being the difference those pesky underdogs need to turn the tide in their favor. As the saying goes, “hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”

Attitude is always a crowd favorite but they have one opponent they always seem to struggle with – themselves. If the “good” attitude team stays focused, they should have no problem defeating the “bad” attitude team that sometimes wants to take the court.

Respect can be one of those teams that people seem to sleep on, yet year in and year out, their discipline and consistency help them advance through the early rounds. As they earn each victory against teams and tribes of all sizes, their following grows bigger and more supportive.

It’s not surprising that when these teams show up for the Final Four, any one of them can win it all. Each will bring something unique to the game that gives them a chance to be victorious.  Line them up side by side and you’ll see they are pretty evenly matched yet it’s clear why they are so heard to beat: Show Up – Try Your Best – Attitude – Respect.

Looks like a STAR line-up to me, huh?
