This weekend I felt trusted.
I had a friend confide something very personal, very intimate and very private (as of now) to me. They didn’t have to share it with anyone and at the same time could have decided to share it with everyone. At some point maybe they will and they also may decide to just move on and not feel the need to make it anything more than it is.
What are you doing to earn people’s trust?
Will people trusting you lead to more business, better relationships or a better attitude? Is it possible to earn someone’s trust back after it has been lost due to some previous act, statement or behavior? What will you do this week to show your competence, confidence or consistency so it just might help you start earning the trust you desire?
Here’s an idea…focus on building relationships, solving problems and having fun.
Trust me…that’s a great place to start.
