Monday Morning Match is a quick post – maybe a quote, inspirational story or idea – intended to spark some motivation inside each of you so your week gets off to a fantastic start on Monday morning.
When you’re listening to the radio while traveling, it’s common to hear the same songs on the radio over and over again. After all, most stations feature today’s “top hits” in their rotation because that’s what the fans want to hear. Even if your listening to a “classic rock” or “oldies” station, you’re likely to hear songs you know because…well, they play the songs that WERE hits.
What are those classic lyrics you’re playing over and over in your head? Do you have some “go to” scripts it dialogues that you use every day or whenever you’re doing lead generation activities because they are simple, repeatable and easily remembered?
It turns out that the more you hear them, the easier they become to sing along with. Even if you mess up a word here or there while you’re driving along, it’s no big deal because you’re in the comfort and privacy of your own car.
Maybe that would be a good idea for you this week – Break out the “classic” dialogues that have worked for years or try out one of the new songs. After a while, they’ll kind of grow on you.
