Doesn’t it feel like we were just taking down the Christmas tree and watching the College Football Playoffs? Some of us still have our snow shovels within reach because we’re not sure if Spring is ever going to get here. if we don’t start paying attention, we’ll be enjoying a cold beer over the 4th of July weekend and ask ourselves “where the hell has this year gone?”
We have hit the end of the first quarter and while it’s critical to call a time out and assess where we are at, the “market” isn’t going to slow down and wait for us. I don’t want you to get too distracted from building, maintaining or growing your business so today’s message is contained in this short 2 minute post.

Hey Sean; right on brother! I posted a video last week, my Monday Morning Minute (yes, imitation is the most sincere form of flattery), that referenced Rick DeLuca. I remember seeing him at a CB event and he said, “Your job (as an agent), Monday through Friday, is to make an appointment with a buyer and/or seller for Saturday and Sunday. If you don’t, you have the weekend off. If you have too many weekends off, you are out of business.” So simple and so powerful.

Jim – Thanks for the comment. Yep – Rick Deluca is right on and he’s one of my biggest mentors. It’s so easy to say “where did the time go?” but it’s another when you can say “look what I did in the last ____ months”
