3517737387_4d9bfb2cc7_z20 days ago it seemed like such a big task.

You asked yourself, “did he really say run ‘every day in May’?”

But you opted in any way. You committed to run (or walk) at least 1 mile each and every day this month.

Rain or shine. Cold and windy or hot and humid. Some days you’re up to run early in the morning while other days you’re squeezing it in at night.

Welcome to the #Runvolution

You lace up your shoes and strap on your iPhone or MP3 player and hit the streets.

Some days it’s easy. The excitement helps you lace up your shoes a little quicker. The music or podcasts you listen to add some spring in your step. You get time to turn off the “noise” of the day or maybe you just have a moment to think.

On the other hand, some days it’s been hard. Life has gotten in the way; unexpected business has popped up; The family has needed you.

Now there’s just 11 days left. You’re 2/3 of the way there. You can almost see the finish line.

No way you’re not getting it done from here.

It’s about discipline. It’s about commitment. It’s about perseverance. It’s about doing what you said you would do.

Sure, this post might be about #EveryDayInMay…but it also might be about #EveryDayInLife

Get it DONE! 🙂 Commitment and accomplishment are an invaluable item that nobody can take from you. Thanks for the inspiration Sean.
