It’s hard to believe that we are almost 1/3 of the way through the year. In most parts of the country, Spring has finally sprung and business is good. The end of each month, quarter or trimester seems like the ideal time to check your progress and see how you’re doing in the pursuit of your goals.
If you are ahead of plan, keep up the great work. Continue to push yourself in all areas so you can blow past the levels you originally were aiming for.
If you’re behind the pace you need to sell, earn or accomplish your goals, there are a couple up things you could do: You could blame the winter weather on your lack of business, you could continue to procrastinate on some of the business development activities you have been planning for some time now or just keep making excuses for why your business isn’t where it could be.

Just start doing what it takes to be successful. You know…build relationships, solve problems and have fun.
