We all lost an hour yesterday. We had it on Saturday night and then, poof, it was gone on Sunday morning.
It wouldn’t matter if we went out looking for it or put up a huge cash reward for its return. It just disappeared and we wont be able to replace it until later this year. By then, we’ll probably have forgotten we even lost it and will just be excited to pick up an extra hour to use however we see fit.
How will you make up for the hour that has gone astray? Just think what you might have lost.
How many phone calls could you have made in 60 minutes?
How many connections would you normally make during an hour-long cocktail party or socializing before or after a sporting event?
If you could spend an hour on social media, focused on deepening relationships through comments and uncovering reasons to talk to someone, how many appointments would you be able to set up?
Half an open house? A few doors of For Sale By Owners? Dropping off business cards at the homes of recently expired listings?

Inventory is at an all-time low in most markets around the country. Buyers are primed and ready to go.
