When you’re aiming to be exceptional in anything, you have to be totally focused on the littlest aspects of your service or product that make you stand out from the rest. How can you go from being “satisfactory” to being “memorable”?

When the average response time to an internet lead in the real estate industry hovers at just over 2 days, can you respond quick enough to make your customer say “that is awesome”?
If the average business person receives over 100 emails each day, how many of yours will they read if they are not something that catches their eye and has relevant, useful content?
Are you practicing your presentations for buyers and sellers every day or week?
Are you regularly following up with customers and clients in different ways so you remain at the top of their minds when it comes to referrals or repeat business?
Are you the same person off-line that people see online?
Does your attitude and effort each day make your broker ask “what can I do to keep her” instead of “why do I need her”?
