We seek the spotlight
I’m not talking about being on the stage in front of an audience.
I’m talking about being the person who is at the center of what’s happening. It’s not about being the star. It’s about being the one that people are looking at.
Or listening to.
Or counting on.
We love it when we’re “in the mix” and we love to succeed when the pressure is on. No one ever won the game sitting on the sidelines.
But where do we retreat to during a break in the action or between shows or once the hard work is done?
