It’s hard to be a Buyer in the current market because you’re not sure if we’re at the bottom yet. Most people would love to “time the market” but that’s virtually impossible because you won;t know when we actually hit the “bottom” until home prices start going back up.
This could cost you a lot of money and cuase a bit more stress than is necessary.

Great article…..something that might be good to run every month to make sure you get to the new agents as well. It’s too easy to skip steps and fall into making bad decisions, expecially if one is getting advice from others that have crossed that ethics line and have done business ‘as usual’ and believe they are acting properly only because they have done it ‘the wrong way’ for so long.
